In this report, Dr. Ching-Cheng Chang demonstrates 4 major "Next steps", and implements to in line with international agenda. 1) Discovery the facts of food loss and waste in the retail and consumer sector, including role of consumers' choice and retailers in food waste, measurement of food waste and information gap2) During the food Security Week, identifying best practice and potential barriers for policy adoption or formation, than share expert knowledge to other countries.3) Collecting existing technologies, data and identify the most efficient way to achieve the policy of food security. 4) Refinement of food waste assessment, Based on the FAO paper, existing results of food waste estimates in terms of dietary energy ranges from 0 to 29% regardless of the definition used.
