Dr. Shih-Hsun Hsu highlights the international trend of agriculture—Reducing food loss/waste. The major issues of food losses include supply chain management, PPP (Public-Private Partnership), policy decisions and other important items. He also provided an integral view in looking at the food loss issue from the perspective of food value chain.
